1804 AD
Kandahar

We will carry the battle to Persian colonies on Balkan Island. Our invasion force includes marines (19), battleships (14), destroyers (8), carriers (7), bombers (18), jets  (9), tank armies (3), plus a sundry mech and tanks. The bombers and battleships turn Kandahar into rubble. Our marines take the city and our tanks blitz the Persians from the entire island in the same turn.
