Destiny:
Germany may have a destiny, but every game of Civ3 has its own
challenges. You must be ready to adapt to the changing
conditions of the game. As you meet other civilizations, they
too will try to adapt. But with valor and a little luck, we will
persevere. Oh, and being Germany, we promise you Panzers. Lots
of Panzers. And blitzkrieg, too.
